At Disturbia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your alternative fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the products are protected from damage during transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred courier through the portal to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
